Million minutes

A Million Minutes was a two-year programme of commissioned public artworks in Archway and Finsbury Park in North London. I had the pleasure and privilege to participate in two of these projects as an assistant to the artists. First project I did was Ivan Liotchev’s International Collaborative Drawing project, where we laid out canvases all around the little shop we had to use and we drew…everything, anything…and we encouraged people passing by to come in and draw with us for five minutes or for the whole afternoon. Archway made this a great experience with lots of people with different stories and different characters.
The other project I took part in was with lovely Jane Chedale, we were experimenting a lot with animation, light, reflection, photography and enviroment. My photographs are not the final output of the project, but I really wanted to document the place and the stuff we did in my way too.
